Custom Sizing

Please note, the custom size clothing is made to order and takes 1-2 weeks. Pre-made items ship next business day. This is an option on most items in the shop. There is a drop down option on the item pages. If you have ANY questions, PLEASE feel free to contact the seamstress. If you have questions on details past the listing information, She'd be glad to discuss it with you. Our designs are created with different fits in mind, from loose & draping to fitted & cozy.

Small Batch Designs

Our designs are made in small batches, each piece has its own characteristics that makes it one of a kind. There are slight variations in each piece making each & every shirt, skirt or dress unique. We are not cookie cutters, but artisans. We create inventory in small batch fashion, making 2-3 sizes at a time, as well as custom sizes. Small batches enable us to waste less and run a more efficient sustainable company.



Taking your own measurements

BUST:   Measure around the widest part of your chest. You'll want to have the measuring tape snug but not too tight, you should be able to fit one finger comfortably between you and the tape.

WAIST: Measure the smallest part of your torso.  This generally falls above your belly and below your ribs. If you can’t quite tell, bend to the side and wherever the crease forms is where your natural waist is.

SLEEVE: Measure from the base of the neck in the back where a tag would be, across the top of the shoulder, down arm to slightly bent elbow to the wrist.

HIP:  Measure the widest part of your hips, or wherever your bottom is at its widest, with your feet about 6" apart, or aligned under your shoulders .

Inseam: Measure from the spot at which your legs meet at the top all the way down to the ankle bone area.

For all measurements, You'll want to make sure that the measuring tape is level with the floor so we recommend doing this in front of a mirror for the most accurate reading. If you don’t have a measuring tape handy, a good ‘hack’ is to use a string and then measure the string along a ruler.



Shipping & Return Information

We ship using USPS, even for overseas shipping. If you'd prefer a different carrier, you may absolutely request it & we can adjust the shipping charges.

If you are purchasing something that is premade, we ship within one day of payment clearance, usually next day. 

Made to order items take 1-2 weeks depending on materials, usually closer to 1 week. We always aim to get your new item to you as quickly as possible.

The owner will message you with details and a more specific time frame per each specific order. 



Returns and Exchanges Procedure

  1. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please contact

  2. All returned items must be in their original packaging. You are responsible for securely packing, shipping, and insuring the returned merchandise.

  3. Please write your Last name & order # (on the top right of your invoice) very visibly on the outside of the package.

Returns & Exchanges ; the fine print

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may send it back for an exchange or store credit for the purchase price, less shipping costs. Sale and custom made merchandise are Final, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. We do not refund or credit original or return shipping costs. If your specific merchandise is not available for exchange in inventory, you will be issued a store credit or we can custom make a new item. Store credits may be applied toward your next purchase.

All merchandise returned must be in it's original sale condition, with any hang tags. Returns must be postmarked within 10 business days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. We recommend returns be sent by a traceable carrier and fully insured. We are not responsible for missing packages.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
