  Yes, local pickup is available in Newcastle, Maine. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.

• Do you offer returns or exchanges?
  Because everything is made in small batches, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.

• Can I request a custom size or color?
  Absolutely. Send a message with what you're looking for and we’ll let you know what’s possible based on fabric availability and timing.

• How do I care for my linens?
  Most pieces can be machine washed on cool and tumble dried low or hung to dry. Detailed care instructions are included with each order and available on product pages.

• Do you gift wrap?
  Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping. Just leave a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card too.

• Why choose linen?
  Linen is breathable, durable, naturally antibacterial, and made from flax—a low-impact crop. It gets softer with every wash and lasts for years.

• Is your linen pre-washed?
  Yes, all our linen is softened before it gets to you. This gives it a relaxed feel and helps prevent shrinkage.

• Why does my linen have slight wrinkles or texture?
  That’s the charm of natural linen. It’s not meant to be perfectly smooth—it has a lived-in beauty that adds warmth and character to your space.

• Does linen shrink?
  Linen can shrink if washed or dried with high heat. We prewash our fabrics and recommend cool water and low-heat drying to keep things true to size.

• Can I iron my linen?
  You can, but it’s not required. Most people embrace the natural texture. If you do want to press it, use a steam iron on medium heat while the fabric is still slightly damp.

• Are your linens sustainably made?
  Yes. We work in small batches, use fabric efficiently, and choose materials that are better for the planet. Flax requires less water and fewer chemicals than cotton, making linen a sustainable choice.
