When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Everything is made or packed with care from our Maine studio. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available in Newcastle, Maine. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because everything is made in small batches, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
Can I request a custom size or color?
Absolutely. Send a message with what you're looking for and we’ll let you know what’s possible based on fabric availability and timing.
How do I care for my linens?
Most pieces can be machine washed on cool and tumble dried low or hung to dry. Detailed care instructions are included with each order and available on product pages.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping. Just leave a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card too.
How can I get in touch?
The best way to reach us is through the contact page or by emailing. We do our best to reply within 1–2 business days.
Amphitrite Return Policy
Our store is happy to accept online returns within 15 days of your purchase date for an exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit in the form of a code.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Items returned after the 15-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean UNUSED condition.
To make a return, please email Katrina@AmphitriteStudio.com with your order number first & foremost.
We will help you process your return and can answer any linen questions you may have. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest USPS mail with tracking.
Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office to get a label. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
We will then send your exchanged item(s) back to you free of charge OR provide you with a code to use at a later time.
Please keep in mind we are a small company and we make all of our products so we cannot offer refunds.
